Title: Dynamics of the Cournot Oligopoly with Multi-Product Firms
Abstract: The stability of the Cournot equilibrium for a linear oligopoly with multi-product firms is analyzed both
for continuous and discrete systems for output adjustments. The equilibrium is shown to be stable for the
continuous system independently of the values of the adjustment coefficients. It is, however, stable only in
duopoly when the discrete system is considered.
